We want you to love your new eyewear, which is why Le Specs offers a 30-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all protective packaging and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the sunglasses securely in their original hard case and box to prevent damage during transit, including all authenticity cards.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
